Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Origin
We work with international suppliers, therefore products may be shipped from warehouses located outside the customer’s country, depending on product availability.

Approximate delivery times are as follows:
Spain: 7 to 15 business days
United States: 8 to 18 business days
United Kingdom: 7 to 16 business days
Canada: 8 to 20 business days
Latin America: 10 to 25 business days
In exceptional cases (holidays, customs procedures, logistical conditions, or high demand), delivery may take up to 30 business days.

💰 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before completing the purchase.
We offer free shipping on orders above a minimum amount, which will be clearly indicated in the store and during the checkout process.
🔎 Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number to check the status of the shipment.
Tracking information may take between 2 and 5 days to become active, depending on the shipping carrier.
