Refund policy


RETURN & REFUND POLICY – PetToys
1. Return Period
At PetToys, we accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
After this period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
  • Be unused
  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Used, damaged, or incomplete products not caused by PetToys

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  3. Contact your bank

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please do not send any item back without prior authorization.

7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The return address will be provided by email once your return request has been approved.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PetToys is not responsible for lost return shipments.
